Pricing questions
What happens to my data if I don't upgrade?
Nothing changes. Every core feature — medications, care log, appointments, tasks, documents up to 5, and the ER Packet — is free, for as long as you use FolksKeeper.
How does the 7-day free trial work?
It applies to the annual FolksKeeper Family plan for eligible Apple Accounts. You won't be charged until the trial ends, and you can cancel any time before then in your Apple Account's subscription settings.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. Manage or cancel your subscription anytime from your Apple Account's subscription settings, or from More › Subscription inside FolksKeeper.
Why do prices vary by region?
Apple sets local pricing tiers for each App Store storefront, so the exact price you see may differ slightly from the USD prices listed here.
Does upgrading change who's in my Care Circle?
No. FolksKeeper Family simply raises the limits — everyone already in your circle stays exactly as they are.
